Server Maintenance Plans

Each maintenance plan will be deducted from the block of hours as follows:
1 hour per visit, per server.  Prices/Rates vary for each plan, so please contact us for more information or any questions regarding the Server Maintenance Plans.

Standard Server Maintenance Plan

  • Bi-weekly scheduled on-site visit to perform the following maintenance. Average 2 hours a month per server.
  • Check backup software
  • Check windows updates
  • Check anti-virus updates
  • Check server(s) for errors in event log
  • Check server(s) hardware and storage space

Premium Server Maintenance Plan

  • Weekly scheduled on-site visit to perform the following maintenance. Average 4 hours a month per server.
  • Check backup software
  • Restore test file from backup to ensure integrity
  • Clean tape drive (cleaning tape must be provided)
  • Check windows updates
  • Check anti-virus updates
  • Check server(s) for errors in event log
  • Check server(s) hardware and storage space
